Why a yellow bird?

“When deciding whether to open a hot yoga studio, I asked my angels for a sign—something rare and undeniable. A close friend suggested something unexpected, like a yellow bird. Hours later, while traveling for a family memorial, the first yellow bird appeared on a poster at our BNB.”

They’ve kept showing up since—on television, in artwork, even in a bouquet at a hospital bedside. To us, the yellow bird means joy and a positive outlook, and that’s the space we built: community, movement and mindfulness together.
